Standard route, went around to S Forest from Observatory way. 6 strides mile 7. Felt solid. Some warmup before, short stretch after.
Good week on the whole! Need to be more judicious about sleep in the coming week but that will happen with ease. Excited to see what I can do at Nats in just 6 days. OFF tmrw, quick speed Tuesday, short Wednesday, OFF Thursday, short Friday, races Saturday n Sunday.
