Weather: 60's; Sunny
Comments:
Initially planning to take today off, but weather was too gorgeous to deny myself the pleasure of running outside. Kept it short, with 4 longer strides mile 3. L Knee was a little shaky, but strength before and full stretch after helped a bunch. Will ice, MG and roll later. Similarly short tomorrow, with JTSS on track. Excited about this weekend!!!
