Comments:
Just a cold, dreary and rainy day. I afforded to stay inside but also knew I needed to run. Got out there and it wasnt nice. Went kinda slow today just didnt not have the pep in my step but I made it through and put in some miles.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch and had to snack when I got back. I was hungry apparently. And also needed to drink something. That refueled me and now legs are pretty sore actually.
