Back in A2! Slept well last night, and for the 10 hr drive back home. Just wanted to get out the door and move a little, so I did this classic loop. 6 strides mile 4. Felt solid albeit somewhat sore, got a nice stretch in after as well. Some strength before too. Workout tmrw will likely be tempo + some shorter stuff.
