Weather: 40's; Partly Cloudy, Windy

Comments:
Strength, then jogged extended thru BP to the track for an unorthodox workout. Not sure I'd do it again but I think it served a unique purpose. 1x800, 700...100 meter pickups, with cooldowns to the start line of next pickup (1,2,3,4,1,2,3). Extended jog in between. 5 & 4. Couldn't quite find top speed outside of the 400, but otherwise still good work.
