Comments:
Man just rained all day today no let up. But I had to run still. Did feel little better than yesterday but still kinda drained out. I put in the effort I could and didnt stop which was good. Guess everyone is pre meeting today because there was no on outside with me. Ran down Wasson then cut up to Erie and Victoria on the way back.
Essentials: Stretch
Dried up well and then got to stretching out. Legs feel fine, just the lingering fatigue of the week.
