Comments:
Feeling better this week. Go out just in time to get to run club for some harder mileage. Thought a storm was coming in but it didnt form. Pace was hard starting out and I kinda got dropped up the hill but ran strong back. Good effort legs feel great now.
Essentials: Stretch
Kinda stretched when I got back but was mostly brain dead.
