Belt Rd Loop Backwards

Awoken early by the cat and thoughts of Draper, I left home a little after 7 and started slowly up Belt. Was a little slower than 8 min pace in the half mile up to Tenley and a little faster in the next quarter mile to Armands. By the time I was coming up 39th past Livingston, I was focused on cadence and finishing with purpose. Final stretch down Belt was strong and quick with a hard kick along 41st that almost allowed me to catch the Berenson who was passing our house. Felt vigorous although still not fit. Added 25 push ups in the yard for good measure. Happy Saturday.
