Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Never got an email not sure who was gonna show up. But I needed a run. I was actually really tired after class today forgot how much strength and stamina it takes to teach and kinda wanted to just push it further with a run. It was humid out today. Got drenched in sweat. We added a little bit on at the end by heading down to the footbridge and back over and that was fine, rounded up the miles well.
Essentials: Stretch
Ran back and did stretch and now legs feel worked. Awesome.
