Comments:
Couldn't stay too long today on a Friday with summer weather. Got through the first week of class ok I guess its gonna be a grind. Run was good I need to do more Friday runs. Ran to Alpine and Grandin lots of hills. Pace was alright too. It was hot some nasty storm weather was coming in apparently.
Essentials: Stretch
OK stretching not too sore. Mostly needed to rehydrate.
