Comments:
Oof, thought I would be little more engaged and productive today, but I wasnt. Lazy and got out late for a run but it doesn't feel that way since sunset is beyond 8pm now. Ran super easy kinda like recovery today since I was feeling chunky. Down Wasson and back on Erie, easy. But just being out there makes such a difference.
Essentials: Stretch
Easy stretch and sit. Now I need to factor in cooling down time since each run is a sweat maker now.
