Comments:
Ran in much later afternoon after driving out to Pittsburgh. Drive was fine but took a little longer that it should have. Totally dissociated and just zone out I think my brain needed that. Good to see the boys again too. Phil took us to a bike path and we did an easy shake out. Felt real natural. I was pretty sore honestly from class right to the road but hey we did it.
Essentials: Stretch
Short stretch then went to clean up grab some food and snacks. Got to say pretty tired at the end of the day.
