Back at it. I was just straight up exhausted last night but had to finish laundry. Tried to make today as normal of a work day as possible without anything on my schedule. Got some work done but mostly worked the kinks out before the week starts. It was fine. Great run this evening with a small crew just out there doing it. I felt pretty good after them mileage this past week too. Ran with Grace the whole way and set the pace to what ever it was going to be.

Ok short stretch then ran back because it was getting late. Legs actually kinda tired now. The miles on the road are hitting I guess.
