Comments:
Ran down at the river today. Shouldn't complain, it was nice out. I was gased though. Not hydrated enough is my guess. Kept up with everyone but when I was done I was done. A Reds game was starting up and it was pretty busy down there.
Essentials: Stretch
I actually stretched up real nice down as we finished up then made my way home. Feel sore after again from some decently consistent mileage this past month.
