Comments:
Really didnt want to run when I got home. I just pushed it off but knew Needed something since it was Friday. Short, quick run after everyone went in for the week. It was good temp actually at that time. Ran down Wasson came back on Erie. Pushed the pace on the hill good training for Blast.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch and perfect shake out for legs. Was pretty tired at the end of this week.
