Comments:
Cut out to get in a good run over at Spring Grove. It was hella humid out and even started to rain there at the end. I have no idea where we went you just follow the lines on the road. Great place to run though. I was pretty spent by the time we got back though.
Essentials: Stretch
Actually had time to stretch in the parking lot. Thats good I think I needed to stretch out after the runs this past few days. I was sore this morning.
