Comments:
Catching up with a shake out after yesterday. Definitely feeling it. Kinda up early and its still hot out. Ran down Observatory and then went to Withrow just to do some work on the track to get into a groove.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched out feeling alright now, but dang mileage last week was brutal.
