Comments:
Tired this morning and just trying to take it as much as I can. That was the motto on the run too. I pushed it, went a little longer at the hottest time of the day. I think I managed well but was definitely worked by the end. Took the stoplights as much as I could. It was hot Ill give ya that.
Essentials: Stretch
Cooling down and stretching in the driveway worked really well. Legs kinda tight afterwards after getting back onto some mileage. I think my disappointment from the Blast is rearing up now.
