Comments:
All sorts of whack as the summer semester ends. I missed a lot of running here past month or so and am paying for it. So I decided to get home a little early after an entire day of grading and get something. Even though I usually dont run on Tuesdays it was good. Still pretty hot out. Ran down Wasson then came back on Erie and Victoria with some good hill work there at the end. I was pretty tired to be honest but running didnt feel that foreign to me. Just putting in the work there still got something.
Essentials: Stretch
A good stretch and cool down when I got back. Legs needed that.
