Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Somehow, Phil and I got up early to do this. We were not in good shape from yesterday. A day of running, a hike, putzing then Kan Jam, partying, 40s and hot tubs made for a long long day. But we went out to sweat it out. I managed and admit it made me feel a lot better. We did just one loop and then took a little out and back trail that Phil found the day before. My shin was killing me last night from banging it on the deck but felt fine when we were running so thats great. Im glad I had Phil to bob some life philosophies off because I dont get to do that on a regular basis at home. Finished up really really strong too to the house.
Essentials: Stretch
Got a good stretch in and we were still the only ones up. Sorry for ditching Blaire and Chris they had to make their way out on their own but we also needed a detox. I even opted for a nap as people were getting up and ready for the day.
