Comments:
Sore from this past few runs and really tired too. New run group is bouncing around and starting at 6pm so I need to be strategic. I got stuck with the UGs and didnt leave until 6 so there's that. Was so burnt at end of day too I could have managed a run but it would have pushed me to the ultimate limit.
