had our division meet today, and i felt okish actually.  the 4x8 was actually okish, we ran about a 9:35 with oleary leading off, rb next, caruso after and me anchoring.  for the class meet we might even have apps running for us, which im pumped about.  1500 wasnt so good tho cause i thought i was going rather fast and it turned out i wasnt.  1000 my hamstring started to hurt so i had to back off unfortunately.  some times are kind of guesstimated
