Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got in late last night after a long drive from Berea and I was tired but it was a chill start to the day. I think I got enough sleep. Phil and I went out to North Chagrin to run. Plan was to try 8 but Phils foot was bothering a little so we did 5 instead. It was damn near perfect weather, especially for Cleveland. This is what you want and picture in a perfect world. I didnt feel great but Im glad I had Phil to bring me along. I never really know where we go but finished up around the pond.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched a little bit, not much cause we hopped back in the car and went to Pattersons for donuts and fritters. Yes please
