More rain today and its just junky out really. I dont want to overdo myself this first week back. So I made an effort to get back and get at least get something in. Legs were heavy but I did it. No rain but it was chilly. Ran down Victoria, up the hill, then down Observatory. Just enough to get me moving and say I did something.

Essentials: Stretch

Dont feel too sore afterwards, just tired. Not running much midweek is weird but I should be used to it easily.
