Comments:
I got some good sleep last night after a long day. I thought I would be hurting today since I haven't run much but it wasnt too bad. I actually took a nap before I headed out I guess I was more tired than I thought. Run as fine though. It was pretty warm out before this cold patch pops in. I just went about my business and came back on Wasson. This felt good you never regret a run.
Essentials: Stretch
Had to stretch and rehydrate a lot. Need to get used to the weird weather coming up too.
