Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Had a headache yesterday and then didnt sleep all that well last night. Late semester anxiety creeping in unintentionally. I waged to run early though and that was a good idea. Sun was coming out and it was warming up. It was just really really nice out. Ran down to end of Wasson but did it on Victoria. Then went down the hill to add on. I honestly haven't been down there before I really hope they connect it up. Raced back up the hill then came back as usual. Finished up really strong today on a fast sub tempo pace. I even ran the length of Michigan just to make it.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
I had to do a good stretch and roll because my ITs were pretty tight from yesterday. The ran fine and actually felt better after working them out. Good week of mileage here.
