Comments:
Just out and back with a small crew today. I did not feel engaged at all at school so the run was nice. I fell way off the pace on the way back though and struggled. Was pretty hungry. Just didnt feel fast and strong like I did this weekend. But I still ran through and I still ran home the whole way.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I got back. Refuel and get onto the next day.
