Comments:
Jogged to AU and got right into drills. 3,4,5 x 8,4,2. Goals were 2:30-35, 70-75, and quick, respectively. Little tune-up before what I hope will be a fast 5k time trial sometime before Christmas. Felt a little sluggish and returns were diminishing, but good work regardless. Jogged home and stretched. Splits were:
