Made it down to run after administering the final then trying to grade as much as I could. It was actually pretty chilly today. We decided to go in reverse which was kinda weird honestly and seems like it will take a while to get used to. The pace was fast and the group was really ripping along. I held on till we got back over Roebling to the Banks then I just fell off the pace. Ran the last mile pretty slow with no one to pace off of. Was feeling hungry mostly and thats fair since I ate lunch at like 11:00. IDK what's up why I can't keep up these days I felt pretty good starting out. At least I put that in.

Essentials: Stretch

OK stretch while we hung around. Legs are kinda tired now and that pace really set in for me now.
