Comments:
Opted for a morning run after I woke up really tired, even from going to be pretty early. It was ridiculously hot out, around 60. I could tell soon I didnt even need LS. Ran around down Erie to Brotherton and felt fine on that part but definitely started to slow down when I got to Oakley Square. But I needed that pace and that effort today. I like where mileage is going now, so much better than weeks I dont get runs in. I was surprised not a lot of people were out running this morning since the temperature will plummet tomorrow.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch and legs feels a little recovered but now its kinda toasty and sweaty out.
