Comments:
I barely made it to run club at the river. Sun was just setting and I was looking forward to some miles. The Licking bridge at 4th is out for like 2 years! Thats insane to me. Now its really hard to get from Newport to Covington so we were stuck on the Newport side. Ran straight down to 10th and back, over the Taylor Southgate on the way back. We almost got ran over by a driver right in front of the levee. I though people would just be pissed at the bridge out but nope, just dumbass drivers who dont pay attention. So we need to pay attention instead. Shook up the rest of the run for sure.
Essentials: Stretch
I stretched a little bit when we got back but was mostly tightening up. Ugh it got kinda cold as the sun went down.
