Comments:
Wow week flew by but I made it. I kinda like the excitement actually. I was pretty pooped at the end but I forced myself out for a run. Quickly realized my headlamp was out of battery so I had to stick ti safe spots. Just ran down Wasson then came back Erie nice and easy in the dark. It wasn't too cold. I didnt feel that fast or that slow, just that I got it in.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch however and chill out when I got back. Need that after this week.
