Comments:
Catching up on sleep and staying prepared for the semester. Its getting chilly out too. Ran mid to early afternoon down reverse Grandin and felt like I could keep going so added on Alpine. I didnt actually feel that fast, more dehydrated actually. Missing the little pep I have had here and there recently. However, Ill round up even though I dont think the pace was this fast and there are a few brutal hills thrown in there.

Stretched and warmed up when I got back. Wasnt too sore from yesterday starting out or finishing up today. Thats good.
