Comments:
I went in today because I got cabin fever this weekend. It was great super quiet and I did a bunch of stuff I had been meaning to do for a while. I made it home and got to run club just in time. It was pretty cold out today. We just did an out and back on Wasson. I was strong today it felt great. Maybe because everything was numb on the way back. These are the runs ya look for. Last mile was harder cause I stopped around in the lot when we got back before everyone else left.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I got back and warmed up. Legs feel like the worked out and they did thats great. See what kinda of mileage I can get this week with travel and a lot on my to do list. Also just keeping up with the cold although I never find that to be a problem.
