Comments:
Tough run today. It was very very cold starting out. I tried to find the best, most cleared spaces but it wasnt great I had to trudge and go slow through many sections. Started on Victoria and then cut across on Greist because that was nicely cleared off. Edwards was terrible. Rich people man... Once I got back I walked back down to the compost drop off to get a little more effort.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch and rehydration. It was just hard going out there and I felt the work and the lower mileage recently.
