Comments:
Still feeling tired today. I did a bit of work cause I need to catch up/get ahead depending on how you think about it. I really didnt want to run. Its just so cold out and my body was flat. But I got out there and got the blood moving. Stuck to spots that had mostly cleared and not so busy roads. Its hard to manage. Wasson is looking a little better. Its packed down but still pretty lumpy and you can't go very fast on it.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched a little bit because I wanted to warm up more and eat something. Right groin is feeling kinda tight and tender. Didnt bother me running but I can feel it afterwards.
