Comments:
I ran early today after catching up on sleep. Dont feel great have a little cough coming on my guess is from the travel. But I pushed through. Tired Wasson, its still pretty icy and not ideal so I took to other streets and side walks. I didnt realize but the hill up Erie was gonna be brutal. Once I got there I think I was warmed up enough and I actually felt fine. Really, the weather with the shorts was awesome and made a huge difference.
Essentials: Stretch
I stretched and recovered and rehydrated. Still feel a little beat down but being able to run is great. Here is to some more of that southern style weather the next few weeks.
