Down to Midtown

Comments:
I bumped into George at the sessions yesterday so we decided to get up early and run today. What an awesome treat because we could really extend out and see more of the city. Ran the riverfront first, then just went as far as we could down a street, then wound our way back to get to around 7. Pace was great we could run in the middle of the street for most of the way that early in the morning, as the sun was coming up. Just fun to catch up and talk about research and academics. This felt way easier than yesterday.

Essentials: Stretch

We cut it close for breakfast so had to stretch up shower and cut back down to sessions pretty quickly. No worries didnt feel tight or sore at all, just tired. Again I am not really used to waking up early and running.
