Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went up to Blue Ash to run with Andrew. I wish I could have slept in a little more. I was so tired last night from a really tough week trying to keep my head above water. It was rather cold, but it was a nice sunny day out and I deserved a chance to get my running going again. He hasn't been running much either so we kept it short even though I think I could have gone further. Honestly, still dont feel 100% recovered so just going this far means a lot. Easier to run it with someone too.
Essentials: Stretch
Got to stretch and get some coffee and chill before heading out to complete more tasks in the day. Hopefully this was a training blip week and I can build back up.
