Stayed very focused today getting grading done before our seminar speaker showed up. Ill be honest last night was still groggy but today is the best I have felt in a while so I made it through the day. Another dinner out in NKY means I ate enough but thats not a great thing if Im not running. Throwing my mojo off it feels.
