Comments:
Woke up early to watch gold medal hockey then the day just slipped by. Thats fine because it was not nice out. Grey, cold, windy and snow flurries all day. I did get out cause I know I needed to but it was a struggle. I felt way worse than yesterday, but honestly better than last Sunday... Anyways I felt fine going out on Wasson then came back with a little section on Erie to Marburg before getting back on Wasson, but from there I just wasnt feeling it and I slowed down a lot and plodded back. I dont think I took the time I needed to fully recover last week and now I am paying for it. But I had to cause I had shit to do.
Essentials: Stretch
Easy stretch and ate a snack I was hungry when I got back. Legs actually feel fine Im just tired.
