I didnt have much on my schedule today but I had a lot of things to do that I thought I was gonna do this weekend. Im glad I cut out and got to run club. It was awful out, still blowing cold snow. First part of Lunken is shaded then it get shit. We slowed down there but overall kept a great pace. I was glad I had people to run with because otherwise I dont think I could have done this. Felt so much better than yesterday.

Essentials: Stretch

Actually had some time too tretch and recover when we got back and get some water before freezing. Good earned mileage today.
