Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Rain storms came in at mid day and we missed our chance to get a nice walk run in. Let up a little later and we went down to the trail to stay dry. That didnt work. I tried to take the side trails and wiped out into a huge puddle of mud. But it was fun. I needed a little jolt since I took a nap right before and was just feeling so tired.
Essentials: Stretch
Had to clean up and honestly didnt stretch that much when I got home. But that was a good run it shook out the sleepiness.
