Comments:
Really early start today with the time change and going to the airport. That being said I had a lot of the day to kinda catch up physically and mentally. Ran later at the warmest part of the day. Good idea. Started out down Wasson. It was super busy there. The trails as well. Felt good and pushed it on the way back once I finished on the hills.
Essentials: Stretch
Decent stretch, worked out the aches from yesterday. Also kicking the dried mud off my shoes. Glad I fit in what I could this week. It was a tiring one and next week seems to be the same.
