I felt pretty good today. Got out and ran up the hill and all they way along Stewart to Gun Hill before coming back on Tioga and Cascadilla and Geneva. Hills were not a problem. It was still grey, cloudy and cold. Thats what this whole week it treking up to be it seems. Glad to be home though.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched a little more today and had time to watch some basketball or at least think about it a little more.
