Comments:
Got up and ran early. It was sunny and crisp out and kinda chilly starting out actually. Ran down Torrence and up WHT. The hill wasnt as bad as I was thinking. I also think I felt better on the way back just took a while to get going. Lots of other people out running I think its prime Pig training season right now.
Essentials: Stretch
Took the compost out then stretched a bit when I got back. Hungry and dehydrated too as a result. Good to get mileage going again this week I seriously need it and its gonna be a rough hot summer so I need to be prepared.
