Got in what I needed today. Tough run down and back on Wasson from Withrow. Good to be back with run club ran with Matt the whole way and he really helped me there at the end. I wasnt hydrated enough today I think that was the problem. But I got in the miles.
Essentials: Stretch
Kinda stretched kinda chilled when I got back. Legs are sore. I ate a lot to refuel too thats just how the day goes.
