Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
4 x 1 mile intervals; 5:40 on the nose for each one, with 800 meter jog rest between. I had five in mind, but the four I did were sufficient and of good quality. Plus, there was a strong wind and a hell of a heat wave in Cranberry today. My muscles felt more fatigued than did my heart and lungs, possibly from yesterday's run. Two mile cool down and two mile warm up. Good workout, overall.
