Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I somehow found a way to fit in a little run this evening at the end of the technical talks and before the reception. It was warm but windy. I just went and ran a big loop along the main roads. Ran right past Highland Heights golf course, where we all ran from campus to back freshman year. That was pretty cool I still remember staging in the parking lots on the other side of Green getting ready to run over. Not much changed there is seems. I think I started out too fast then hit a little wall coming back. I was kinda tired and took it easy down the hill to finish back up at the hotel.
Essentials: Stretch
It was nice enough to stretch with my shirt off way back in the end of the parking lot. Knee was a little tight. Didnt get as much running as I was expecting this trip but it was a lot of hustling around and recovering from Passover/travel diet. Ehh keep it moving. I do relish in the ability to run some old stomping grounds again though.
