Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went up to run with Andrew. Its been a while. It was a solid run but I wish I worked a little harder. Got tired at the end and was walked the last bit back. He has been busy and traveling a lot too recently. Somehow we missed each other in Akron last week. Anyways some rain started to pull in so we went at the perfect time.
Essentials: Stretch
Had a good stretch in the yard. Needed that because running has been on and off and tough recently. Need to get back to good sleep schedule to catch up too. I got up kinda early today. Feeling a little sickish too must be getting over what ever still.
